Legal Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
This document explains reasonable limits of responsibility associated with the use of EFB Wallpaper Manager.
1. Software provided “as is”
EFB Wallpaper Manager is provided “as is” and as available, without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors or permanent compatibility with third-party software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Test environment
The software has been tested in a typical Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Windows gaming environment. Hardware configurations, add-ons, modifications, simulator versions and third-party software vary between users, so identical behavior cannot be guaranteed on every installation.
3. Use at the user’s responsibility
The software is provided as a customization tool. The user decides when to install it, run it and apply changes to the simulator.
4. Backups and availability
Although the design aims not to modify original files, users should retain backups of important configurations and content. LiveryLab does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, updates or third-party services.
5. Third-party software and products
Compatibility depends on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and third-party aircraft. Their developers may change paths, formats or functions without notice, which may temporarily affect the software.
6. Damages and losses
To the extent allowed by applicable law, LiveryLab and project contributors are not liable for indirect losses, loss of time, settings, content, data, revenue or damage arising from misuse, incompatibility, third-party updates or service interruption.
7. No real-world aviation use
EFB Wallpaper Manager is entertainment flight-simulation software. It is not designed, certified or authorized for real-world navigation, planning or aviation use.
8. User content
The user is responsible for images, trademarks, photographs and other content they import or use. LiveryLab does not obtain ownership of those files.
9. System security
Users should obtain the software only from official sources and keep Windows 11 and its security tools up to date. EFB Wallpaper Manager supports 64-bit Windows 11 only, and operation is not guaranteed on modified, incompatible or unsupported systems.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this document is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Reports and support
Submitting a bug report or support request does not create a guaranteed resolution, response time or service level. Reports are used for diagnosis and project improvement as resources allow.
