Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms govern the use of EFB Wallpaper Manager, a visual customization tool for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

General project document. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice tailored to a specific jurisdiction or situation.

1. Purpose of the software

EFB Wallpaper Manager applies wallpapers to supported EFBs and tablets through separate packages. The software does not guarantee universal compatibility with every aircraft, version or third-party update.

2. License to use

The user receives a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, republishing on other websites or bundling with third-party packages is not permitted without written authorization from LiveryLab.

3. Permitted use

The user may use the software to customize their Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 installation and create personal wallpapers. The user is responsible for having sufficient rights to any imported images.

4. Prohibited uses

Users may not remove attribution notices, present the software as their own, use it to distribute unlawful content or violate third-party rights. Reverse engineering, decompilation or modification is subject to applicable law.

5. Free distribution and prohibition of sale or resale

EFB Wallpaper Manager is distributed free of charge. Selling, reselling, charging for access, bundling it with commercial packages, direct or indirect commercialization, or obtaining financial benefit from its distribution is prohibited without prior written authorization from LiveryLab.

6. Compatibility

The software requires 64-bit Windows 11 and supports Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 only. Official support is not provided for other operating systems. Compatibility with each aircraft depends on the installed version and on the file structure defined by that aircraft developer.

7. Updates

LiveryLab may publish updates, discontinue support for older versions or modify aircraft profiles when third parties change their products. Availability of updates does not create a permanent support obligation.

8. Intellectual property

EFB Wallpaper Manager, its visual identity, documentation and code belong to their respective owners. Third-party marks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Termination

The right to use the software may end if the user breaches these terms. Intellectual property, liability and third-party mark provisions may continue to apply where appropriate.

10. Changes

LiveryLab may update these terms to reflect technical, legal or functional changes. The version published on this website is effective from the date stated.
