EFB Wallpaper Manager interacts with third-party products, but compatibility does not imply affiliation or sponsorship.

1. Marks mentioned

Microsoft Flight Simulator, Microsoft, Airbus, Boeing, PMDG, iniBuilds, Synaptic, Just Flight and any other marks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

2. No affiliation

Unless expressly stated, EFB Wallpaper Manager and LiveryLab are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners.

3. Descriptive use

Product and developer names are used only to identify compatibility, technical paths or functionality lawfully owned by the user.

4. Original resources

The project seeks to avoid redistributing third-party aircraft logos, icons, images or original files. Previews use custom recreations, silhouettes and original interface elements where reasonable.

5. User-supplied content

Users must respect copyright and trademark rights when importing or sharing wallpapers. The ability to load an image does not grant rights to that image.

6. Rights-holder requests

Rights holders may contact LiveryLab through the official channels to raise a reasonable trademark, copyright or compatibility concern.
