No. EFB Wallpaper Manager is designed exclusively for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

Current support covers the Synaptic / iniBuilds Airbus A220-300, iniBuilds Airbus A350, PMDG Boeing 737 and 777, and Just Flight Fokker 70 / 100. More aircraft can be added through dedicated profiles.

No. The app is designed to create its own packages inside Community or Community2024 so the original aircraft files remain untouched.

An aircraft developer may change paths, filenames or internal structure. If that happens, the aircraft profile may need an EFB Wallpaper Manager update before it works again.

Check that the aircraft is installed in a location recognized by MSFS 2024 and that the correct Community folder is selected. If the developer changed the package name or structure, an EFB Wallpaper Manager update may be required.

EFB Wallpaper Manager requires 64-bit Windows 11. It is the only officially supported operating system.

Yes. You can import your own images and preview the result before applying them. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any image you use or distribute.

It depends on the aircraft. The app uses aircraft-specific profiles with the native EFB resolution and can fit images using different adjustment modes. For best quality, design your wallpaper at the native resolution of the selected profile.

The preview recreates the overall shape, occupied areas and approximate layout using original elements and silhouettes. It is not intended to copy or redistribute third-party icons, logos or original resources.

Yes. The app includes an option to restore the default wallpaper by removing or disabling the override created by EFB Wallpaper Manager.

MSFS 2024 needs to reload Community packages to reliably pick up the new wallpaper. To avoid ambiguous states, apply the wallpaper before starting the simulator or fully restart it if it was already running.

The app can save the change, but the simulator should be fully restarted for reliable detection. Initial installation and package preparation should be done while MSFS 2024 is closed.

The final installer is intended to refuse installation while MSFS 2024 is running. This allows the required packages to be created before the simulator loads Community.

They are placed in the Community or Community2024 location selected or detected for your Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 installation. The path can be reviewed inside the app.

If enabled, the app checks the official project manifest at startup. When a newer version is available, it notifies you. Updates are not silently installed.

It may read MSFS 2024 installation paths, detect compatible packages, check whether the simulator is running, store preferences and read the installed app version. Imported images are processed locally.

No. Imported wallpapers remain on your computer and do not need to be uploaded to a server in order to be applied.
